ONO CUAN Terms of Service

By signing up for or using the ONO CUAN app, you agree to these terms. The service is operated by PT Anugerah Kreasi Utama.

1. Account

• You are at least 18 years old and use your own WhatsApp number. One person, one account.
• You sign in with a one-time code sent to WhatsApp. Never share that code with anyone.
• Your details must be accurate. We may suspend accounts with false details.

2. Affiliate membership

• Anyone can sign up for free. Active membership starts with a purchase of official ONO products worth Rp250,000. The full amount is products, not a registration fee.
• Your inviter (sponsor) is recorded at sign-up, via an invite link or code, and cannot be changed afterwards.
• Bonuses and commissions are calculated from product and service sales under the profit-sharing plan shown in the app. Full bonuses apply to active members who meet the monthly activity requirement. Commissions for accounts not yet active are held until the account is active, as described in the app.
• No income is guaranteed. Each member's results depend on their own sales and activity.
• Prohibited: fake or duplicate accounts, signing people up without their consent, manipulating transactions for bonuses, promising others guaranteed income, and spam.

3. Missions, Achievements and Draws

• Missions run by period. Each period's progress is calculated from the sales turnover of all members since the Mission program began, and is displayed as a percentage in the app. Mission rewards can be claimed once the period reaches 100% and the claim requirements in the app are met.
• Missions, Achievements and Draws follow each program's rules in the app: periods, quotas and rewards. We may change or end a program with notice in the app, without reducing rewards you have already earned.

4. Balances and withdrawals

• The transaction balance is for purchases in the app. The commission balance can be withdrawn to an account in your name, subject to the fees and limits shown in the app.
• We may hold transactions that look fraudulent for review.

5. Partner services

• Travel tickets, bill payments and ONO Terapi are provided with partners. Terms, schedules, cancellations and refunds follow the rules shown in the app at the time of the transaction and the provider's rules.
• ONO Terapi is a wellness service, not medical treatment.

6. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but are not liable for disruptions caused by third parties (such as airlines, operators or networks) outside our control, to the extent the law allows.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Legitimate entitlements, such as balances not obtained through a breach, will still be settled.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled amicably, then at the West Jakarta District Court.
